Refund policy

1. Tokens

Tokens are a prepaid license to access digital content. Purchased tokens are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law. Unused tokens remain in your wallet.

2. Digital content & the right of withdrawal

Renting content is the supply of digital content that begins immediately. Where you are an EU/EEA consumer, by starting a rental you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for that rental once access has been provided.

3. When we do refund

We may credit or refund tokens if content was materially not as described, failed to deliver due to a technical fault on our side, or was removed for a violation before you could access it. Contact support@content24market.space with your order or rental id.

4. Creator earnings & reversals

If a rental is refunded or reversed (including chargebacks), the corresponding creator earning may be adjusted or reversed. Fraudulent activity may lead to withheld payouts and account termination.

5. Chargebacks

If you do not recognize a charge, contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than your bank. Abusive chargebacks may result in suspension.
