These Terms govern your use of Content Box, operated by [Operator Legal Name], [registered address] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility (18+)

Content Box is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access or use the service. Creators must complete identity and age verification before publishing content. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created and secured by phone number and one-time codes. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and number secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. How Content Box works

Creators publish content into shared “boxes”. Members purchase tokens and spend them to rent access to content for a limited period (by default 24 hours), after which access expires. Tokens are a prepaid, non-transferable license to access content; they are not money, e-money, or a stored-value instrument, and have no cash value.

4. Creator terms

By publishing content you represent and warrant that: you are the owner or have all rights to it; every person depicted is an adult who has given written, informed consent to the creation and distribution of the content; and the content does not violate any law or third-party right. You grant us a limited license to host, process, preview (including blurred previews and thumbnails), and deliver your content to authorized renters. You are responsible for tax on your earnings.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly forbidden and will be removed and reported to authorities where required: any content involving minors or persons who appear to be minors; non-consensual content; content depicting real violence, coercion, or trafficking; bestiality; content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights; and any illegal activity. You may not scrape, redistribute, screen-record, or resell content, or attempt to bypass rental expiry or payment.

6. Payments, tokens and payouts

Token purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. Creator earnings accrue per rental at the then-current revenue split and may be paid out on request once the minimum threshold is met, subject to review. See the Refund policy.

7. Moderation

We screen content and may remove anything that violates these Terms, with or without notice. Repeated or serious violations lead to termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law.

10. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by the contact details on your account. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
